Why do I have to register to see the products and prices?
Terrapin Clothiers and its partner Kendericks only work with high quality professional brand clothing. The brands we represent ask that we not show our student prices until we can confirm that the individuals looking at the prices are students. This is why you must register using a .edu address. Once you register, you will be able to log in and view all the products our brands have to offer. You will also be given a code via email that, when applied during check out will give you the 20-40% discount off of the retail price published on the site. Who will have access to my email address?
The privacy of our customers is very important to us and we do not share your email address with a third party. When you register with our partner at Kendericks you will receive an email confirming your registration. This email also contains your promotional code you will need to enter at check out in order to obtain your 20-40% discount. At no point will your email address be shared with someone outside of Terrapin Clothiers or Kendericks

Who qualifies for Terrapin Clothiers Discounts?
Terrapin Clothiers discounts are available to students at the University of Maryland. This includes both undergraduate and graduate students in any field. You must have a .edu address to register for our service. If you are a student enrolled in another school other than the University of Maryland you may still qualify for discounts via our partners at Kendericks.com (link to kenderick's registration page)

Where do my products ship from?
Any product you order through Terrapin Clothiers and our partners at Kendericks ship directly from the brand manufacture. All manufacture warrantees and guarantees are included with your purchase.

How long will it take to get my purchase?
Because every product you order on Terrapin Clothiers or with our partners at Kendericks ships directly from the manufacturer, lead times will vary by brand. Specific information on lead times are available upon check out, though in general they range from a few days on common products to six weeks on custom suits.

Who runs Terrapin Clothiers?
Terrapin Clothiers is run by the Maryland Undergraduate Society of Entrepreneurs. Since 2007, the club selects two of its members to run all operations of the business. This facilitates the spirit of entrepreneurship and provides the students running Terrapin Clothiers a great opportunity to get hands on experience on operating a business. If one of the members running Terrapin Clothiers graduates, a new club member will be selected to fill his or her role. This ensures that Terrapin Clothiers is always run by undergraduate students at the University of Maryland. A portion of Terrapin Clothiers profits are returned to the Maryland Undergraduate Society of Entrepreneurs club to allow for funding of future club ventures.
